Fumesy is not responsible for any injuries or property damage caused by improper candle use.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos of the product to evaluate the damage. If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement free of charge.
