Our candles are made with a blend of high-quality wax, premium fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. We are committed to using sustainable and eco-friendly materials whenever possible. 

Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients, but as with any open flame, they should be kept out of reach of pets and children. Always burn candles in a well-ventilated area, away from drafts, and never leave them unattended. 

For the best experience, always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Burn your candle until the entire surface has melted to avoid tunneling and never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. For more tips, check out our Candle Care Guide.

No need to clean the jars, but removing excess wax is appreciated. We will handle the sterilization process.  

At this time, we only accept Fumesy-branded jars and wax. Non-Fumesy items will be responsibly disposed of but won’t earn Sparks. 

Your Sparks will be credited to your account within 7 business days after receiving your returned items. 

At Fumesy, we reward eco-conscious decisions! You can earn additional Sparks by participating in our jar recycling program or by choosing eco-friendly shipping options. Keep an eye on your account or our newsletter for more ways to earn Sparks by helping the environment. 

If you return a product, the Sparks you earned from that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you used Sparks to make the purchase, those Sparks will be returned to your account once the return is processed. 

Each membership tier comes with its own shipping discount:

• Bronze: 10% off shipping on orders over $150.
• Silver: 20% off shipping on orders over $120.
• Gold: 50% off shipping on orders over $70.

These discounts are automatically applied at checkout based on your membership level. 

Yes, you can use your Sparks alongside other discounts and promotions. However, some promotions may have specific terms, so always check the details of the offer to ensure you can apply your Sparks. 

Sparks do not expire as long as your account remains active. However, if there is no activity on your account for 12 months, your Sparks may expire. Make sure to keep shopping or participate in promotions to keep your balance active. 

You can receive free membership for a limited time based on your spending:

• Spend $250 and get Bronze membership free for 3 months.
• Spend $600 and get Silver membership free for 6 months.
• Spend $1,200 and get Gold membership free for 1 year.

Once the free membership period ends, you can continue your membership by subscribing at the monthly or yearly price. 

Fumesy offers three membership tiers:

• Bronze: $7/month or $70/year
• Silver: $15/month or $150/year
• Gold: $30/month or $300/year

You can also qualify for free membership if you spend a certain amount within a year. 

After signing up, you can upgrade your membership by visiting your profile page and selecting the Upgrade Membership option. If you reach the spending threshold for a free membership (e.g., $250 for Bronze, $600 for Silver, or $1,200 for Gold), your membership will automatically upgrade for free. 

Upgrading your membership tier gives you access to enhanced perks:

• Bronze: 10% off shipping on orders over $150, basic rewards, and early access to sales.
• Silver: 20% off shipping on orders over $120, exclusive products, and enhanced rewards.
• Gold: 50% off shipping on orders over $70, priority access to new releases, and top-tier rewards.

Additionally, higher tiers allow you to earn more Sparks for every dollar spent. 

Sparks can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, exclusive products, free shipping, and more. To redeem, log in to your account and use your Sparks during checkout, or visit the Sparks Redemption section to browse available rewards. 

To check your Sparks balance, simply log in to your Fumesy account and go to the Sparks Dashboard. Your balance will be displayed along with recent transactions and available redemption options. 

You earn Sparks with every purchase made on the Fumesy website. For every dollar you spend, you'll receive Sparks based on your membership tier:

• Bronze: 1 Spark = $0.01
• Silver: 1 Spark = $0.015
• Gold: 1 Spark = $0.02
